REFUNDS & RETURNS:
The Customer is eligible for a full refund and item(s) return ONLY in the occurrence of the below 2 situations:
- If the item(s) received was defected
- If the item(s) received was not as described (e.g.: different color, different model, or different specs)
In case you faced one of the above 2 situations, you are kindly requested to send us a photo of the wrong/defected item received on firstname.lastname@example.org in a period no more than 2 days from the date of receiving your order.
Once your refund request is approved, we will inform you via email and the refund amount will be transferred to your balance in 2-5 working days or an online voucher to be used at our store in which the customer chooses between these 2 options.
Exchanges are accepted in which the customer pays the 2-way delivery charges (delivery fees will be mentioned in the approval email).
In case you changed your mind after receiving your order, you are kindly requested to send us a photo of the item(s) you would like to exchange on email@example.com in a period no more than 15 days from the date of receiving your order on condition that the items requested for exchange are brand new and unworn.
Once your exchange request is approved, we will inform you via email and you will be given an online voucher to use at our store.
