Refunds & Payments

If a refund is approved, it is generally processed within 2 to 5 business days after approval.

Depending on the original payment method and the circumstances of the request, the refund may be issued:

• As store credit
• Through another mutually agreed method where applicable

Please note that the time it takes for the refunded amount to appear may also depend on the payment method or payment provider used.
