Exchanges & Returns
Customers may request an exchange if they:

- Wish to change the color
- Change their mind after receiving the product
Products submitted for exchange must be:

- In their original condition
- In their original packaging
For voluntary customer-requested exchanges, the customer is responsible for the applicable delivery charges.
